What is the best Lebanese Cookbook in English?

My wife's family is Lebanese and we always enjoy the foods at her family reunion so much each year. I would like to be able to learn how to prepare many of the dishes and also be able to cook a meal with true Lebanese food for her Grandma. Any suggestions for a cookbook?
