Takoyaki, is a octopus ball made with a ricecrumb batter, I have a stovetop one, a bit old fashion, now they have electric ones, you put a nugget of cooked octopus in the mold holes, and then add the prepared batter, turn it once, then serve it with a thick sweet soya based sauce and mayonaisse, I like it with wasabi in it and a sprinkle of seaweed flakes.
