Anyone know this African recipe for fish?!

Question:

Anyone know this African recipe for fish?

A man from Ghana once made this for me. It is a tomato based sauce with lots of onion. It is spicy and I remember him putting shrimp powder into it. It was served over whole steamed fish. Does anyone know this recipe? I would love to have it again
