Please rank these Maesri Thai curry pastes by chili hot?!

Question:

Please rank these Maesri Thai curry pastes by chili hot?

I enjoy cooking with the Maesri thai curry pastes.

http://www.maesribrand.com/can.htm...

However choosing one that is not too hot is a crap shoot for me. Can someone please rank them by chili hot?

Thanks,

TK

Having worked inSingapore and travelled to Thailand, it is this way, red is hot, yellow is second hottest and green is mild, Masaman is a Indo/Thia style from Indonesia, it is not as hot but is spicy.

As one of the respondant said, most are prepared with coconut milk, you can find the lower fat type and just thicken it with a little cornstarch.

I like to marinate my meats in the paste, get the garlic, ginger galangal and other aromatics started, then add the meat brown it a bit, then add my liquids, veggies like Thai eggplant, potatos, Japanese eggplants, Bok Choy or shiitake mushroom make a nice flavour contrast.

With the Yellow and Green if want a bit more spice, add some fresh serrano chilis or jalapenos, if your daring Thai bird chilis add a zing.
