Is there an egg dish in the Orient that is called a 1,000 year egg?!

Question:

Is there an egg dish in the Orient that is called a 1,000 year egg?

I think it is called that because it is grey?

Answers:

The 1,000 year old egg is actually duck eggs that are a delicacy in China, I believe, and they wait something like 100 days actually before they eat them. I am providing you with a really cool link. It gives wonderful detail on how they prep the eggs. Chinese food is so good and healthy.
