Chopsticks?!
Chopsticks?
My question is:
Why is it that the Anciet Chinese people thought that chopsticks would act as good utensils? Not that they arent, of course, but their surface is so small, why wouldn't they have thought to use a wider surface to serve as their untensils?
Answers:
their culture is surrounded in art and class
food is prepared as an art colorful and proportional
food is cut to bite size pieces
to use forks is like working in the barn yard no class
I am sure there is a better view.
