Korean potato starch noodles...?!

Question:

Korean potato starch noodles...?

... are they healthy? I can't find much info on them. I kno they have some good aspects to them (better than wheat), but is it stripped of alot of nutriants? is the fiber left?
I like them alot, ever since my korean mother(in-law, but we r so close, I just call her mother) made them for me (she makes special vegan versions of traditional korean dishes for me), they have been one of my favorite starch foods. =)

Answers:

That's so nice that you have such a great relationship with your mother-in-law.

Korean noodles made of sweet potato starch are known as DANG MYUN.

They are pretty healthy; usually about 250 -300 calories/serving. Obviously they are high carbs.
