Angel food ministries food boxes for $30, are they enough for 2 people?

I recently ordered 2 boxes of angel food and wanted to know if they give you enough for 2 people for 1 month.
They say that if u pay $30 they give u $60-$80 worth of groceries, is that true?


Answers:

I use Angel Food. I am single and there is plenty of food it practically lasts me for the whole month.
