i need the specific description of roast beef belly in Dome (restaurant). how is the taste ?

Being a former chef , the cut from around the belly of the the beef cattle, is generally a more tougher cut, it is slow cooked and if roast, like Texas BBQ it can be cooked over a slow heat and done up to 12-15 hours.

This allows the meat to slowly cook and stay tender, if it is serve as a sandwich it will just melt in your mouth, it is something to try, I like brisket for a sandwich, and then there is skirt steak and flank steak from that area, all very nice if done right.
