Does anyone have any tricks for perfecting the wrapping of rice paper?

Like as in those vietnamese salad rolls? I just can't get it to be tight just like the restaurant kind.

I think a good tip is to get a leaf of lettuce and then pile your noodle and meat on top of the lettuce. When you roll, the lettuce will hold the fillings on the inside so that the meat juices and heat doesn't tear the rice paper. The lettuce helps hold the smaller pieces together.
