we eat big fat cottonmouth moccosins around these parts and if you get two other three five-pounds you have the makings ofa fine dinner for eight people with the huspuppys and the greens. but there are plenty people who won't try fresh snake. now i think they have to be poison snakes to havethat lobster taste. ever travel trough sc, ga, miss, ala eetc.and eat some snake. lot of snake places opening around her like fish and chips over yonder. copperheads, diamondbacks and moccisons mostly. ask for the big ones. big fat ones. battered and fried and all the side dishes and sweet ice tea. time to dig in!

I would say it's either the sherry or the coconut milk that makes it sweet.
