Please...I need recipes for chicken and Dumplings, please help!

Ingredients:
1 chicken, boiled and deboned, pull meat apart to your liking and return to broth
1 onion, sliced, whatever you have on hand
Carrots, sliced in rounds
Celery, sliced and add leafs for additional flavor
Add peas, 1 can or 1 bx. frozen, optional
Salt, pepper & any other seasoning you wish to use.
for the dumplings, I use a box of Bisquik and go by the directions...you can also add a bit of evap. milk or cornstarch mixed with water to thicken up the broth.
