Middle Eastern Cookbooks?

I love Middle Eastern cuisine and would love to learn to cook some of my favorite dishes. Any cookbook recomendations that have authentic yet somewhat simple recipes for a beginner?

I've heard that "The New Book of Middle Eastern Food" by Claudia Roden is excellent. It's been highly reviewed at Amazon.com, and I almost bought it recently. I bought a different one, but I should've bought Roden's book instead. Check out the link below.
