Is there an culture of food that dosn't use Garlic?!


Question:

Is there an culture of food that dosn't use Garlic?

I was thinking of this the other day. Some use it less than others, but it is still used in everything I can think or. Asian, Mexican, Itatlian, Greek, Amerian. Please enlighten me!

I'm not talking about commen, I'm saying, is there absolutly NO dish or product including garlic from a certain culture.

Garlic has a very ancient history, so it's no surprise that it can be found in just about every food culture. Some use it less (e.g. traditional English cuisine), but I don't think it's completely absent in any culture.
