What are your favorite frozen or prepared ethnic products, and why?
Answers:
Pesto sauce [frozen or in a jar]; Italian meatballs; frozen old-fashioned German dumplings [the fat noodly kind] and frozen pork & veggie egg rolls....oh yes, frozen or boxed-in-deli pierogi! All represent an enormous time-saving in prep time, can be part of a potluck or family dinner, and are better by far than anything I could make at home...authentic taste, etc.
