Any idea what a pakistani version of"boneless chicken" is?

My ex is from pakistan and his mom made this awesome dish. She just called it "boneless chicken". I would love to know what is was and how to make it. It was spicy and servered with parathas (sp?) Thanx

Ingredients:

500 grams boneless chicken , 2 tablespoon cornflour , 2 teaspoon white flour , 1 teaspoon Soya sauce , 1 teaspoon chilli sauce , 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder (haldi) , 1 teaspoon chilli powder , 2 teaspoon lemon juice , 1/2 teaspoon salt , 1/4 teaspoon zarda color , 1 egg, beaten , 1 teaspoon garlic paste , 1 teaspoon ginger paste

Cooking Method:

1. Wash and pat dry the chicken. Cut the chicken into 11\2 inch cubes. 2. Place all the ingredients except the oil in a bowl and mix well. Coat the chicken pieces liberally with the marinade. Cover and leave to marinate for several hours in the refrigerator. 3. Remove the marinated chicken from the refrigerator and bring to room temperature, it will take an hour. 4. Heat Oil in a deep fry pan and fry the chicken pieces for 8-10 minutes or until the chicken turns reddish brown in color. Fry a few at a time. ? Serves 6 people. ? Preparation Time: 15 minutes. ? Cooking Time: 30 minutes. ? Try it with Naan ? Try Raita with this dish. Its ready to serve and eat....
