Chicken seasoning ideas?
ok im looking for any suggestions for seasonings i can put on chicken breasts.....the only thing is i dont eat salt so im looking for something without it. Spices only other then garlic and onion (they dont taste right) ooh and i HATE mrs. dash i dont know why but its just not for me.

you can use Goya Complete Adobo Seasoning, or a Cajun seasoning, and there is a Recaito sauce by Goya in a glass jar you can rub on the chicken. Depending where you live,if you're on the East Coast between New York and Florida you can find the seasoning in your local grocery. If you're on the west coast past Chicago, you can go on www.Goya.com website and order these seasoning, and the have a host of recipes on their website .
