Answers:
Pretty much the same as maki ( sliced long rolls) or nigeri (fish or morsel on top of a finger-sized rice bed).
Onigeri is sushi rice that is completely wrapped around a filling- could be whatever you may find in a sushi roll- salmon, tuna, avocado, cucumber, crab, or a combination of these, and then a strip of Nori ( dried seaweed) the true only difference from a traditional Maki roll is that the filling is surrounded in each piece.
Sushi tastes great! Like a slightly sweet sour vinegary rice and whatever you add to it.
