Swedish vanilla type spread: Fj?lbrynt?!

Question:

Swedish vanilla type spread: Fj?lbrynt?

I have tasted some vanilla like sweet yellow spread that was called Fj?lbrynt but not sure of the spelling. I had it on cracker break. Does anyone know how to spell this accurately and where to get it in the US?

Answers:

You were eating "messm?r". "Fj?llbrynt" is just the type of "messm?r" that you were eating.

(It's a whey cheese spread and not a vanilla sauce.)
