For Mexican women HELP?

There is a dish you make. It is chicken and white rice and it is spicy it is a soup. It is so good and I can't find the receipe anywhere on the net. A good of mine use to make it for me. Can you help or give me a site to where it might be??

The soup only has rice, chicken and is a red color..the water.
Sorry Mexican women can cook their a** off that and it is their dish.


Answers:

It's just a chicken soup. You boil chicken (we always used legs) add the rice when chicken is about 3/4 done add tomato sauce. My ex used to put in celery and carrots too, oh and it's great with lime juice. A very simple recipe.
