Basically, if you mean Indonesian Peanut Sauce, you make it with peanut butter (any), it is indeed called Satay sauce. Just fry up some chopped onion, garlic and ginger, add cumin and coriander powder, add peanut butter and some water , then coconut milk and some soy sauce. Recipes available online!
