What are shrimp rich in?

I just had a plate full of shrimp, it was delicious. Can anyone tell me what shrimp are rich in? Like what kind of nutrients can you get out of them. Thanks.

They are low in saturated fat and rich in vitamin A, B1, B2, B3, B6, B12 and D. It is proven to help reduce the risk of heart desease. Shrimps is a good source of selenium and tryptophan which induces DNA repair and blocks the production of cancer cells. Just a few to mention.
