RECIPE INGREDIENTS


1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh hot red chili peppers

3 cloves garlic, finely minced

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1 cup olive oil

1/4 cup red wine vinegar, optional





RECIPE METHOD


Combine all of the ingredients in a jar. Cover and let stand in a cool, dark place for at least 1 week or for up to 1 month. Shake well before using.


Serving Size = 2 tablespoons
