Samosa filling help?

i need the a real good recipe for samosa the same as sikhs would make .
basic and simple plz.
nothing to fancy

oh and veggie would be best thanks :))

Stuffing for Panjabi Samosa

4-6 large boiled potatoes (roughly mashed)
1 cup green peas, boiled

Masala
1 serving spoon vegetable oil
2 fresh green chilies, finely chopped
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp cumin seeds powder
1 tsp coriander seed powder
1 tsp red chili powder (optional)
1 tsp mango powder
1 tsp black salt powder
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup fresh green coriander leaves, finely chopped

Heat oil in a wok or big frying pan
add ginger/garlic paste/green chilies and stir fry for a minute
add potato and green peas
add all the masala items and mix well
Continue to stir fry for further ten minutes
Take it off the heat and allow it to cool before using as a stuffing. Enjoy your Sikh style punjabi samosa.
