Does anyone know the caloric content of these common South indian staple dishes?

1 cup of:
Rasam rice
Sambhar rice (light, not heavy sambhar)
Tamarind rice
Vetta kozhambu
Curd rice
(obviously rice was cooked separately and is glutinous rice for the most part, cooking oil was kept to a minimum)

THE CALORIC CONTENT OF RICE THAT IS 1 CUP OF COOKED RICE IS 2OO CALS,NOW YOU NEED TO ADD UP THE CALORIES OF THE RICE WITH THE FOLLOWING SAMBHAR IS 160 CALS,RASAM IS THE SAME AS SAMBHAR,DOSAS ARE 200 CALS PER PIECE,PLAIN YOGURT HAS 180 CALORIES AND SKIMMED MILK YOGURT OR BIO YOGURT HAS 165 CALS,I DONT KNOW THE NAME OF THE SECOND LAST DISH SO I CANT REALLY HELP YOU OUT THERE,AND YES I FORGOT TO LET YOU KNOW THAT A TSP OF OIL HAS 50 CALS TO IT,BYE.
