Question:

Which nationalities, beside the Chinese, eat pig innards and how is it prepared?

Answers:

Most Asian countries eat innards such as Thai, Taiwan, Korea, Vietnam, Cambodia, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and Lao

If you mean fresh Kidney and Liver, this is the way to prepare....
Clean those with cold water
Put a lot of salt on those and rub it
You can put salt in water and leave those in the salt water for a while

Clean those with clean water again before cooking

Salt will clean most of stinky smell.

when you cook those innards, you have to cook it with high temperature (stir fried)

If you boil those, do not stir often and don't forget to put salt in boiling water
you have to put those in when water is really boiled.

If you want to grill, just make sure that those are cleaned properly
you can merinate those with black peper, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, root of asian parsley or other herbs.

Don't cook those too weldone because those will taste very bitter
