I want to try a new chinese dish, what should I try?!

Question:

I want to try a new chinese dish, what should I try?

I am tired of ordering the same thing from chinese restaurants. I'd like to try something new, but there are so many choices!

I really like thick noodles, like Udon Noodles. Also like spicy and vegetables and either chicken or shrimp or no meat at all.
