What is name of something like potato or bread with oil in bottom of pot in english?
in iran when we make rice at first we put oil in bottom of pot then putting something like for example bread or potato or vegetable and then putting cooked rice on them , we say in persian TAHDIG but my english teacher ask us about exact name and just one or two word's meaning, and he will give us score.
