You can also buy it in Asian or Chinese store in cans, in the cooler were they have all the chilled drinks.
I worked in Singapore and it is a popular drink it is a wild herb or plant, that like tea is steeped in hot water, and then sweetened, it has health propertys and is a good drink for women and those with arthritis. So if you like it by all means drink it on a regular basis, I have not had it in years, I had it with lotus seeds and tea in a Vietnamese restaurant in Singapore.
