Biltong meat ????
Its like this, am hindu so my religion doesnt allow me to eat beef. But about 5 yrs before when i was in South Africa... i use to eat biltong at my uncle home. it wasnt beef biltong, it was made of some bird or pork meat. Now that am in UK i dont remember which one i did eat . Is there any other flavours biltongs apart from beef meat???

Yeah, other than beef the most common type is springbok, then ostrich, then other game meats. Beef is cheapest though.
Pork and chicken arent used.
