Name of this iranian ice cream...?!

Name of this iranian ice cream...?

Ok, this elderly iranian woman traveled to iran and brought back this weird ice cream, it was DELICIOUS. it didnt look like ice cream though. It looked like..hmm...coconut shavings? rice? little threads? what she did was squeeze some lime juice and put some rose water on it if that helps...keep in mind it doesnt look like ice cream at all...what is it called? and do you know what its made out of?

Persian sorbet made of thin vermicelli noodles frozen with corn starch, rose water, lime juice, and often ground pistachios. The faloodeh of Shiraz is famous.
