please can anyone tell the spices added, it contains chickpeas,cucumber, onions, tomatoes and lentil type balls and comes in yoghurt.

i would just like to add that i am very impressed by everyones help and answers. thank you very much!!!!!!!

Answers:

u add cumin powder and mild red chillie powder
the lentil type balls are actually ground urid lentils which are soaked then ground to a paste then deep fried in small balls then soaked in water for about ten minutes then added to the yoghurt etc
dahi actually means youghurt
and the paley are the balls!
