cook the meat w/ a couple cloves of garlic then add fish sauce and sugar and a little salt..sorry no measurements..i just do it by taste when i cook. then add your veggies cover for a little bit so there nice crisp and a little crunchy and wah lah. Or you can use Lee Kum Kee oyster sauce..its really good and a little sweet!
