Why is it always the brand KIKKOMAN soy sauce for sushi?
aside from the fact that Kikkoman was originated from Japan and so as the sushi, why kikkoman soy sauce with wasabi when there's other Japanese brands or soy sauce brands?

In Japan, there are many kinds of soy sauce for sushi, not only Kikkoman. Kikkoman is one of the biggest production of soy sauce that they do a lot of export to other countries, thus, you can easily get these brand of soy sauce.
In Japan, there are a lot of small (or very family) size of soy sauce production done by local Japanese and there are very tasty and very highly recommended by the local but they do not export their products oversea.
Infect, when you enjoy your sushi in traditional Japan Sushi restaurant, they do not serve or eat with soy sauce and wasabi all time.
