Vietnamese food question about Banh Trang Nuong or Banh Da Tom- rice/sesame crackers?

These sesame seed, sweetened or shrimp w/sesame seed crunchy rice crackers. I LOVE THEM.
BUT I saw on the food newtwork that in Vietnam they eat it with meats, veggies, etc..nuoc mam..

Answers:

put in some lettuce, bean sprouts, shrimp, thinly sliced beef. i like to dip it in hoisin sauce mixed with a little water to thin it. but b4 that, you have to wet the banh trang with warm water first.
by the way, on what show did you see this on the food network? and when did you see it? i watch the food network all the time and never see vietnamese food mentioned anywhere except for when emeril lagasse says nuoc mam the wrong way! lol! leave me a message or answer any of my questions about this.
