Breakfast-
1/2 onion bagel
1/4 cup of tomato juice
Lunch-
1/2 cup of veg. soup
a grape, blueberry, and strawberry smoothie
Dessert-
1 plum
Dinner-
1/2 piece sliced ham, 1/4 cup of green bean casserol and one yam
Dessert-
about 15 yogurt covered raisins, and a nectarine

In my opinion, even if you are trying to loose weight, you are not eating enough. The type of food you are eating is good, just not enough of it.
