Basmati rice for sushi?
how do u think that would turn out? i loooove basmati rice and i love sushi..so i thought id combine the two

To go along with the others:
To make nigiri & rolls & other stuff like that, it has to be sticky rice.
That said, there are other ways to eat it. Sometimes they have it as a rice salad with the raw fish in it. In that form stickyness isn't really required, so it could work. It might not go well flavorwise, but it is your food. Just make sure the fish is super fresh & from salt water (or smoked like salmon) and doesn't smell 'fishy' at all.
