Humus... I tried to make humus at home but it did not taste that great. Recipies???
I used garbonzo beans, oil, and garlic but it did not taste like the humus that we had at the restaurant. Does anyone have a solid recipe that they have used many times before?

I have been making it for years.....here's the recipe
Blend together 1 can garbanzo beans, lemon juice, 2-3 garlic cloves, salt, and tahini (seseme past usually found at regular supermarkets)
You just add the things to taste....it always comes out great!
