What is a good seasoning for squarsh?!

What is a good seasoning for squarsh?


Answers:

I usually just rinse it in water, roll it in a mixture of cornmeal, salt, and pepper and deep fry it until golden brown. I sometimes use it in a casserole that is made with cornmeal, cheddar cheese, onions, celery, cream of chicken (or mushroom, if your prefer) soup, and chicken broth (or lots of butter if you prefer).....either way yummy! My dad boils it with onions, mashes it up and melts cheese and butter in it, also yummy!
