What is the difference between Islamic "halal" dietary laws and Jewish "kosher" laws?!

Question:

What is the difference between Islamic "halal" dietary laws and Jewish "kosher" laws?

Are items marked halal and kosher interchangeable?

Answers:

kosher cuts the animal once, and if they can't manage it, it's not considered kosher. also, a rabbi must bless the meat.

for halal, all you have to say is "in the name of god, the all merciful, all compassionate" and you can make multiple cuts. you have to drain the blood in both cases.
