How to make noodle dishes?
I'm always watching American films where they get a delivery of takeaway noodles and they all look so damn good!
The only takeaway places we have round here are Chinese where I can get chow mein, but I was after some Japanese or Thai-style noodles, like you see in the films!
Does anyone have any ideas where to buy them pre-packed in supermarkets, or any good quick easy recipes?

you can generally find rice noodles or udon noodles in the gourmet section of your grocery store...if you have an asian supermarket you can buy them fresh, but they dont last too long. this type of supermarket usually has a whole aisle dedicated to noodles....
you can also get won ton wrappers and slice them thin and deep fry them (1/4 inch of oil in your frying pan will do the trick) for crispy noodles.
