Why is America only known for McDonalds and France known for healthy Cuisine?!

Question:

Why is America only known for McDonalds and France known for healthy Cuisine?

Answers:

I can't eat a lot of things from France because they contain dairy. Most non-European people are lactose intolerant, so it isn't too healthy for us. We also have a lower tolerance for alcohol because of what's called "Asian Flush" (a colloquial term for an enzyme deficiency, not enough room to explain.) Contrary to what most foreigners believe, all of us aren't purely of European descent. I'm mostly Native American, for example, and there are people from every country and ethnic group on the planet in the US. What is compatible to a French person's body isn't to a Native, and so on. If I were to eat your people's food, I'd be 250 pounds and diabetic. If you ate ours, not much would happen, but you might have a reaction to the tree nuts and gluten as many Europeans are sensitive to both of those.

Don't forget the indigenous American foods, like corn, beans, squash, and my personal favorite, kanuche (ganvtsi, it's a Cherokee specialty soup we make from hickory nuts. Good for you and works for vegetarians as well.)
