Japanese food question? About onigiri...?
Ok. I get all the step in making the onigiri. My question is, when you're done making it, and have some onigiri leftover, do you put it in the refrigarator? Or can you just leave it out? When you take it out of the fridge, do you let the onigiri get to room temperature again? Thanks!
