What is the difference in Kosher to non-Kosher?!

Question:

What is the difference in Kosher to non-Kosher?

Answers:

Kosher meat is slaughtered according to religious rules, the carcass is then hung up and drained of all blood, and the blood vessels and arteries removed by filleting. Non kosher meat isn't, and still has a high blood content.

Kosher dairy products have no contact at all with meat products of any kind, even kosher ones. So something like a cheeseburger would be completely non-kosher.
