Brazillian food question?!

Question:

Brazillian food question?

At the Brazillian Churrascaria where I have dined in Dallas (Texas de Brazil) there is a sauce on the condiment bar that I cannot remember the name of and I would like to try to make some.

It is heavy on the cilantro and very oily, and garlicky, almost like a Brazillian pesto.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about, and if you do, do you have a recipe for it? If not, at least if I know what it's called I can do a search!

Thanks!

Answers:

It's chimichura sauce (not sure of the spelling) and you can buy it in the supermarket. Look for it in the ethnic foods aisle.
