Doe.s any one have a recipe for Cole slaw,?
I know it is simple and quick, but, my wife would not let me in the kitchen wen she was cooking , now thatshe has died I haft to cook for my self and I don't know hoow to cook lots of things and I can't find cole slaw in the recipe book I bought,

Red and green Coleslaw
4 cups shredded red cabbage (about 1/2 of a medium head)
4 cups shredded green cabbage (about 1/2 of a medium head)
2 medium carrots, shredded
1/2 cup raisins
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 green onion, sliced
1 cup KRAFT Coleslaw Dressing
3 Tbsp. apple jelly
COMBINE cabbages, carrots, raisins, parsley and onions in large bowl; set aside.
MIX dressing and jelly until well blended. Add to cabbage mixture; mix lightly. Cover.
REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour before serving.
Ham it up Coleslaw
1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 bag (16 oz.) coleslaw blend
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese
1 pkg. (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Smoked Ham, chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
2 CLAUSSEN Kosher Dill Pickles, chopped
MIX dressing and mustard in large bowl.
ADD remaining ingredients; toss lightly.
