I just answered a question and told this person I like nuvoe cooking his question was Chinese or Indian? So Mexican- Chinese would be called Chino-Latino like a resurant in Minneapolis. But here is my dish chicken livers with onions, celery, red bell-pepper seasoned with Indian curry fried in a little olive oil rolled up in a slightly fried corn tortilla. Mexican-Indian, So what would you call it.
