Is there another name for Gari, that african cassava grain? i can't find it anywhere in orlando?!

Is there another name for Gari, that african cassava grain? i can't find it anywhere in orlando?

also is there a difference between the yellow gari or the white gari?
I found two types online :)


Answers:

Cassava is also known as manioc in English. You can find manioc flour (harina de mandioca) in the Latino section of most grocery stores. There is a sweet variey and a bitter variety, but unfortunately my store doesn't label them.
