Nicaraguan food??!

Nicaraguan food??

I live in NYC, and my husband and I love Carne asada from Nicaragua... Does anybody know a place in NY or NJ where they have nicaraguan food?? I dont mind the drive.

I am nicaraguan and I can tell you its very hard to find restaurants with this cuisine. I recommend you'd be better to spend your time buying a nicaraguan cook book and learning to cook it for dinner. Plus this way you will be adding some ingredients to you pantry which could carry over into other dishes, eating more healthy learning much more than just one dish and you could have some flair n fun when inviting over guests
