What indian food is this?!

Question:

What indian food is this?

I used to eat this stuff all the time in NY, but never bothered to see what it was called, now I live in southern California and cannot find these treats. They large crispy white and flat taco like shells with black seeds all over them (not Naan). They are often served with sauces before the meal when I go out to an Indian restaurant. Thanks for the help!

Answers:

I think you're talking about papadum? Those seeds are caraway seeds, I think. They're usually served with southern indian cuisine more than northern... but, I've eaten indian several times while in So Cal, and never have not had them.
